I know I've been seriously missing for a good doggone minute, but I have good reason. I literally haven't worn anything other than my workout clothes for the past two weeks. I've started both P90x and Insanity and they are kicking my ass. But, just so you know I haven't gone and disappeared off the earth or something, I wanted to leave you with my favorite looks from my favorite designer, Jeremy Scott, from his RTW Spring 2013 Collection!  I never knew that I'd ever 'discover' a designer who seems to know my heart's every wish!

"Suck my cockiness lick my persuasion...!" I can't get that song out of my head ever since I saw Rihanna sing it at the MTV 2012 Awards. Along with that and my major obsession over anything Nikes, I feel as if I'm going crazy. I've been really digging Nikes, lately. This isn't like my typical crush. This is like a crush on steroids. Like, Nike everything-sports bras, tanks, shoes, shorts. Maybe it has something to do with my current habit of browsing fitspiration tumblrs. I don't know. I've got Nike fever. So, when I found these pair of Nike's at a thrift store a few days ago, I literally cheesed all wide and shit. 

P.S. Oh, yeah, can you see the purple/red tones in my hair? I've hennaed my hair five times already. I'm loving that stuff!

So, remember how I was saying that I think Jeremy Scott is my new favorite designer? Well, yeah, after I saw his RTW Fall 2012 collection, that thought became a solidified fact. Oh, god, to have that distorted ghost smiley sweater and the plastic see-through raincoat in my wardrobe....! I love every single piece, really, but these are my favorites. The playfulness of the designs and the bright colors can make any drab fall day feel like a colorful wonderland. I can totally see me rocking the shit out of every single piece. For now, I'll just satisfy myself with gazing at them in adoration.

So colorful candy was the sort of inspiration for this look. I wanted something fun, short and sweet. I think I accomplished it. Anyways, I'm getting ready for a night of takeout, movies and wine with the hubs. Hope everyone has a kicking weekend!
