I'm so happy that I found this little colorful gem in a local thrift store! Today started off so drabby for me; I seriously considered staying home in my pajamas, with only a book and a cup of tea to keep me company. But, the minute I donned this skirt, my mood uplifted, and how could it not? Look at all of the bright colors..
