Evolution of My Taste in Shoes: Shoe Collection

(This particular post is inspired by IFB's All Shoes One Photo Challenge.)

I can remember a time when I'd spend all of my 'shoe money' on heels, and not just regular heels..my heels had to be at least three inches high. When I look back on that particular era in time, I cringe from both embarrassment and the remembrance of how my heels and toes wept in pain. Nowadays, even though I can still appreciate the beauty in a well crafted pair of heels and the art of walking in them without stumbling, my taste in shoes has...well, evolved. It's very rare that I'll find myself actually lusting after a pair, and instead, I find myself lusting after page after page of creepers, platformed shoes, and vintage nikes being sold on ebay, or trying to think of a way to DIY them! Yes, the creeper lust has fallen upon me...caught me up by it's reigns, and I'm being dragged, not against my will, however.
By the way, my favorite shoes, the second and last photos, are all thrifted. One up for thrifting!

  6. I love that you thrifted so many shoes. I just started thrifting and I've had trouble finding shoes that fit well and are comfortable. This is a great shoe collection :)
